The Vision™ is designed for Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10
and Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/ Mac Office 2011.

The Vision™ Adaptable Business Analysis System is the result of incorporating from our most important systems the key analysis reports into one system. In so doing, we also produced a new set of "button activated VBA code (Macros)" to make navigating and adapting the system quick and easy.

The result is a new product derived from updated and expanded versions of Fusion™, SpinQuest™, Click Magic™ XL, Mother™, Analyst™, and the Grand Master™ series.

Key Features:
Adaptable: The Master Index has 6 macro activated buttons. Sorted either by workbook order or alphabetical, thus making the system adaptable to 6 business configurations in real time.
     1) Full System - All analysis sheets are activated. (What-if System is visible)
         Sorted by workbook order or alphabetical
     2) Intermediate - Selected intermediate level analysis sheets are activated. (No What-if Worksheets visible)
         Sorted by workbook order or alphabetical
     3) Small Business - Selected small business level analysis sheets are activated
         (No What-if worksheets visible and sorted by workbook order or alphabetical)

Vision™ has a unique transportation and configuration system. They are centered on the Master Index and the Control Panel worksheets. You can instantly travel throughout the workbook from them to all of the key analysis components and analysis worksheets.

Enter all data in the Master Data Entry worksheet. Then, manipulate all data in the What-if Data Entry worksheet with the spinners up or down.

The What-if Data Entry worksheet is directly linked to all data cells in The Master Data Entry worksheet. It generates a second tier of analysis sheets that can be used for experimenting with corrective actions and/or projections.

By using the spinners you can increase or decrease all cells to determine what-if a change here or there will improve the bottom-line. Both analysis worksheets for each analysis module are side-by-side. Toggling between these sheets throughout will give you a visible display of the changes.

In the What-if Data Entry, you can automatically reset the Income Statement or Balance Sheet sections to zero either separately or the entire worksheet with the provided macro buttons.

All worksheets with a
Blue Background are current analysis sheets linked to the Master Data Entry worksheet. Worksheets with a Black Background are linked to the What-if Data Entry worksheet.

Operating Logic
After entering financial data in the Master Data Entry and Cash Flow Data Entry worksheets, 175 analysis systems are populated to produce a 181 page comprehensive financial analysis report.

Next, you use the spinners on the What-if Data Entry worksheet to perform what-if analysis scenarios for the client. The What-if Data Entry worksheet is a powerful tool and is a mirror image of the Master Data Entry worksheet with spinners so that figures can be easily manipulated. This allows the client to view problems areas and correct them thus revealing a picture of how their business should be performing. This also can produce a 181 page What-if analysis report.

End Result
Vision™ is capable of producing a comprehensive 362 page Before-and-After Analysis Report. Thus, you can choose only those analyses exhibiting suggested corrective actions or all of them.

     entering new data in the Master Data Entry worksheet and editing the presentation slides to suit your needs.

The Business Audit System is integrated into the Summary Analysis. The audit goes beyond financials and explores into the actual operation and management of the business.
