1) A Standard, comprehensive, 130+ page analysis report from historical data over 4 financial periods.
2) A Projected, comprehensive, 130+ page analysis report by altering the Standard data to project trends
when various key numbers are increased or decreased.
3) Business Audit System is integrated into the Summary Analysis. The audit goes beyond financials and
explores into the actual operation and management of the business. This feature allows, for the first time, an
overall health index that is virtually inarguable when presented to a client. All analysis conclusions are
substantiated in detail worksheets.

ProfitVision™ is an intermediate level product. Its open and unprotected architecture allows Excel developers to customize it to suit the needs of any business or business analyst.

This product is designed for Excel 2003 and Excel 2007.

NOTE: This is a product that fits somewhere between starting up a business and seeking capital infusion, improving cash flow, and monitoring productivity for an ongoing business. In field tests it was successful across all sectors including consultants, accountants, and small business owners. In many instances, it was used for creating sophisticated business plans and, going forward, measuring a client's progress from startup through maturity.

ProfitVision™ is comprehensive and the rigor level is somewhere between basic at the low end and intermediate at the high end. As a result of full open architecture, it is very flexible and can be used for many situations.

One test was with a small service business owner. After a few days the logic of the system became apparent and she was able to create a great business plan suitable for presentation to her bank. Yes, she got the loan.

Its strongest feature is quickly creating projected scenarios for pro forma requirements in soliciting outside capital assistance.
