Licensed Owners Bug Support: In the course of creating and producing products that contain multi-thousands of formulas and VBA code, bugs are inevitable. This is a key reason we have made our products unprotected, with open source, and open architecture. This allows you to manually correct bugs, report them, and receive a free updated version as soon as it is available.

We encourage and honor all bugs being reported to us. They are immediately sent to the originating authors for corrections and then included in major product updates.
